OCL GROUP LTD. is based in Milne House, a registered historic property. Built about 1845, the house sits on "Blockhouse Hill" and overlooks Halifax Harbour. The "pen and ink" sketch was done by noted historic sketch artist, L. B. Jenson in 1986. This is one of a series of sketches of historic buildings in Dartmouth and Halifax made by Jenson while under contract to the City and the Province.
