Scott MacKnight (President of OCL) with one of two “Brownie” Awards in 2002. These were presented to Canada Lands Co. CLC Ltd. by the Canadian Urban Institute for the Brownfield Rehabilitation of the Former CN Rail Car Shops Property, Moncton, New Brunswick (Categories of “Sustainability in Community Planning” and “Best Overall Project”). Scott MacKnight (President of OCL) with the Phoenix Award for Brownfield Projects presented by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as the First Phoenix Award in the new International Projects Category. The award was presented to Canada Lands Co. CLC Limited for Brownfield Rehabilitation of the Former CN Rail Car Shops Property, Moncton, New Brunswick at Brownfields 2003 ( Portland, Oregon, USA, October 2003).
